•On-site boot-camp / immersive training to provide better visibility of TS operations
•Deliver additional health checks, scripts,
and alarms for proactive management of the platform
•Augment the deliver/operations staff locally with TS & development teams
– provide bi-directional feedback to Customer/ local project teams and development teams

・10+ years of working in core network product area
・Knowledge of development processes, realization and “GoTo Market” processes
・Detailed understanding of core network elements/solutions and their value to Operators
・Understanding and experienced in project management processes
・In the role of realizing quick problem solving of field issues that satisfies customer requirements.
・This is accomplished by interfacing to the SLA & Care teams and liaises with R&D for quick solutions.
・Test various networks and network elements, including 3rd party products to simulate the field issues
・Motivate team resources to scale to higher efficiency and productivity.

・Very Good knowledge in the following areas
　- VOIP/IMS/SS7/GSM/3G networks/Diameter/LDAP.
・Knowledge of mobile packet core networks and functionality of
Flexi-ISN (GGSN), NG, LIG and also SGSN.
・Strong domain experience working with Core Network equipment
: MSC, Media/Signaling Gateway, IMS, HLR, AAA etc.
・Strong Experience in Signaling and Control protocols
(MTP, SCCP, ISUP, MAP, CAP, H.248, SIP, SCTP, SIGTRAN, BICC / H.323, Diameter) etc.
・Knowledge of relevant 3GPP, IETF and TISPAN Standards.
・Experience with working on Unix/linux systems.
・Test strategy, planning, preparation & execution
